	Mugging is apart of the game..I dont see the need to attack people..even though when I could kill them I would.. I usually give them one hit..and a rate up..

	well then i dont care, its just when they take my money. say you were standing on the street being a bad ass gangster and some fuck comes up and takes money from you would you just let it go or would you fuck them up until you get it back. that is how i see it when it comes to mugging.
