Due to the agreement of: Shits Soky Confucius ACAPULCO is now declared a mug free city. (you can sell pts, level, and do cash transactions there without the fear to be muged from any of the other inhabitants) IF you get to a level to enter it, you CAN NOT mug any of the inhabitants untill you ANOUNCE that you will not comply with the NO MUG AGREEMENT. and ALL the inhabitants been online to see it. SHITS will enforce the above rule. the MUG free city rule applies from NOW, till canceled by SHITS. (procedure as mentioned above) ~THE SOKY~

	The agreement stands until a new city is available which then makes the aforementioned city the new "no mug zone". Once that new city is reached, a message will be sent out to every one stating the agreement is then canceled. Simply put, the highest city is now declared a "no mug zone".

	you are right jolly. we can put it also like this. WE 3 AGREED that we wont mug each other in the highest city were only we can get. if anybody else comes we will ask him if he agrees to the agreement. if not. we wont mind. we will only be more carefull with cash. that is all. fancy talk was only used to anounce the agreement. lol
