Person A: Buyer
Person B: Goku ( seller )

Goku agrees with someone from his gang ( not DG) his old gang, to sell his account for an amounts of RL money. He then buy points with the ingame money he had money, and train the stats a bit. However he told to the person A that he have bought points with money and that he stated up the account, yet he still have 25K points and some money on the account.
The person A accuse him of scaming and have this on his profile:
[DG] Goku RM SCAMMER...agreed to sell his account with what he had as points and money...then sent money to MC1 and expects to get the same amount...send me kill logs and I'll send you a point.

well this is the spy log of Goku:

He DID say he bought points and stated up the account a bit. There is no scamm going on in my opinion.

What you other guys think?

basicly, he have a bit less money and points as he trained his stats, yet he does still have 24,85K points and 73Mill...

for me it's the same thing as stats are the most important.

but I am asking.

Oh and of course the paypal transaction never had place. And the Person A was informed about this whole thing.

he took money out of an account he agreed to sell...the contrat was made with the money INCLUDED...he had no right to use the money after the contract was agreed to...there fore he's a scammer.

When comparing prices, think of it this way: If it's too good to be true, then it most likely is.

From the finding scammers in market place...he's an attempted scammer and you know it....protect him all you want...but his contract with me was broken by him, not me...he tried to scam me, got caught and now is running for cover.

he is not a scammer even if he did take money as long as you never completed the transaction.

a written contract is a transaction...trying to find a middleman to complete it to make sure he's not scamming me...changing the deal, even without it being done is scamming.....

thats not a scam grub he communicated with u what was going on YOU backed out not him

until ownership is transferred he can do what he wants with HIS account

now if the deal went thru and he didnt tell u that then yes it'd be a technical scam

WRONG...he agreed to sell WITH the money...and so did I...he SCAMMED me when he used the money, therefore ending the deal...say what you want but to me he's an attempted scammer who got called on it an ran to hide.
