if i may add my own suggestion,, i thinki this should be a very expensive weapon like $100 mil,, and it can reach any and every city bt it only inflicts 10 minutes of hospital time make use of a smiper rifle how it should be done to hit far away targets and the purpouse of the 10 min hos time instead of 20 is because a lvl 1000 shouldnt be gettin killed by a lvl 1 ever bt dishin out 100 mil should be able to but not the full amount of time
