To be honest, it would be very difficult to tag the person running that simply b/c: A) No time table has been placed on his "charity" B) No specific person is said to be going to receive anything from the charity. C) The person running it has not excluded himself from being able to participate as a recipient. So basically he could pocket it all and be looked at as a beggar, not a scammer.... They need to add a beggar tag
