	They can tell if you used proxies. They will not be on your ip, but a proxy Ip Just because you made multi; and didn;t transfer does not mean you did not cheat, It just means you though you were being smart

lmao at this thread i dont know a whole lot about proxies and all that... but dont most of them only allow you to access one site at a time? i used to try to get around the blocked site stuff at work via proxies, and it would work, but everytime i wanted to go to another page, i had to copy and paste the link's url - pretty much they caught on because EVERY page i visited was showing i was from another country so cant the admins see: create account - IP1 in russia login - IP2 in malaysia vote 6 times - IP 3-9 in simbabway, japan and all that other stuff plus cant you still trace back to the original IP if you try hard enough? since he's still around im assuming he was not cheating, but who knows
