	The thing is this should not be a bannable offense and you shouldnt really get a scammer tag either because it is not a scam. A scam would be where someone offers you a trade and you dont follow through with your end of the deal. All that happened here was dirty tactics and bad trust. Unlucky mate but nothing should happen to him apart from the ward.
