ok sorry im not going to lie, i didnt rad more than a post or 2 of this.... ok w that out of the way thhe hitlist serves 2 purposes 1) to keep the money in the game flowing around from bunnys-->protectors, seeings protectors have no real other way of making income, and 2) is not designed to "reform nonpayers" is designed to slow them down not to make them change... it causes non-payer to spend resources (pts, money, certs, ect) and it also gives payers that time to hit bunnys, WHICH is the other problem... bunnys cant control when they are going to get hit period, its all random so hitlisting a non payer works great for the hitmen but during that 20 mins they cant be guaranteed they will get hit by a payer.... so in both angles its kinda a catch 22....

totally agree with pain, to one exception, doesnt matter if your rich of not, if you are wanted to do a service, you deserve to get paid for it..
the reason i am rich on this server is, because i put the time in and did the hard work..
ive put my time in i deserve to reap the benefits...

if you guys want a service pay for it, whether im rich or poor!

Just had a look at some posts, and I have to say you're right. I made the choice not to pay bunnies here. I might be able to afford it but, atm at least, I choose not to (been through the reasons before and won't do it again). I do get warded from time to time, but I really deserve to be in there more. Protectors don't do their job, Bunnies - use that hitlist and you'll be safe a lot more. Maybe not from me, since I can always afford to buy out, but at least from lower levels... ;)

no offence drastic, but this shows you how much the non payers are allow to dictate what happens on here..

you have been a non payer from the beginning of mc2, and your advising the bunnies on what to do, as a person drastic seems a decent bloke, and has always been respectful to me.. but what makes me laugh as a player he has earned respect of some players, which to me is totally and utterly messed up..

a non payer is basically the complete and utter enemy (except other non payers) of all that plays this game,
this just shows to me how messed up this server is with non payers...

goes away and laughs myself silly at the bunnies..

Sometimes when you hitlist a person, a friend will take the hits and give them the money (Yes even non-payers have friends) I find it more effective to toss a good hitman a few points to kill a person knowing for sure they will not send the person any reward for being on the hitlist.

i agree with pain about every bunny having a GPS thrown on them by the bunny list but i dont see that as the problem

the problem i see is that a non-payer can find a bunny with 1min left in the ward and go to their profile and mash F5 on attack while a payer has to wait to refresh find the attack link and click it which is more then enough time for a non-payer to slip in and get them hit if thats changed and payers can mash F5 from the bunny list its more 50/50 on who will get the hit

as far as the hitlisting the non-payers i also have to agree i rarely have more then 30mil in my bank and rarely over 500 points at any given time so the money i am always on the look out for whether it be a mug or hitting off the hitlist

and frankie like Pain said what happens when the hitman u paid to have hit a non-payer(not even all ur non-payers but just 1) is offline and the non-payer is online? u get ur ass handed to u until they are on while them being on the hitlist there will always be someone online to hit them
