if he has money fair fucks! if he buys accounts and looks after his maters, good for him! Why it should concern the rest of the players of the servers apart from the people who own the accounts he is buying is beyond me! If i had a couple hundred k in the bank or whatever then i'd probably buy one too but it would annoy me to have a bunch of ass lickers and threads made about me but you are safe, i have holes in my pockets when it comes to money
