	No. You stated that you would accept the deal, then backed out less than a day later. I'd say you ended it if you followed through for a month or more and then canceled it, but you didn't. You said you would take the deal, then turned around and said you didn't want it. You lied. Maybe think things through a little better BEFORE you accept a deal.
