Things are still being fixed and added, people requested the recode early, so we did that. I don't know of anyone getting anything early.

I am on topic, the recode is but a small change in problems that were there since before it. So my premise is that the recode isn't entirely what people are upset at. when we hear recode that tends to denote things are better.. they haven't even been fucking fixed...
