	By your definition...A deserter fee is to stop hits whether they are in the gang you are warring or not. Why the fuck would it be called a deserter fee. By your definition you are claiming by paying that fee you can rejoin a gang that we are warring...and not get hit... What does that say about the gang if more than one person does it? 200 points adds up you know.
