	Any amount under 100mil shouldn't have the 1sec mug rule. Anything more then 100mil then have it. The server isn't going to crash with a mug under that, if it does, then get a better server. 1 sec mug rule = brad not making as much money, the more mugs we get in the more times we have to refill our nerve. The more times we refill out nerve the more points get out of the game!
