	why do i care so much? well it kinda pisses me off when I see that the BASIC forum rules are not respected. That's it i guess. But you can't do much, since everyone is used to not respect the rules, and the consequences aren't affecing poeple at all.

	It depends. - if it will be affecting MC, it sould be in the Suggestions Board - if it's a raffle or anything related to any kind of competition: in the Competitions Board - If you want to recruit people for your gang: in the Gang Board. Since you are making a big secret, i can't say anything more to suggest you where it should be. So it's up to you really;)
