	Yes, but they get hit by outside people not from the team wars too...So that evens it out. The reason why Yellow are winning is because most of there team are on...And in the gangs. Not being of non-payers - they get hit plenty.

Should have been a staging time so that some gangs did not start /w 5 and others start /w 10 and in the staging time none of the gangs should have been able to make any exp by the admins doing something like disabling the 4 gangs exp until it started
