	and i'm serious about the beer mate....small quantities of beer do actually clean ur kidneys... up to one beer each day. those who drink a bit of beer and don;t overdo it will be about 90% safe from kidney stones

	i happand to have met a case where beer made it lots better...dunno what beer yall got around there but the one we got is pretty good for that shit. but yeah sure....alot of clean water does the trick...just be sure it's not the bubbly kind..that one sure makes it worse

	no probs mate. all the best. this condition is indeed painfull but it's nothing that can't be dealt with safely. had some cases in my family. and an advice for the future...no sodas...natural juice only and clear water....cuz if the kidny won't get 100% cleaned then the stone will form again
