| It wouldn't be hard for someone like mazza to simply take the flag then travel to the level 1100 city. Everyone else would be SOL and she'd keep winning it. |

The flag returns to an admins account every 5 minutes if she ran off to the 1100 city would not be that productive considering the travel cost vs only being able to win 100 pts |

| How about this. If you have the flag you are grounded to the first 5 cities You can only travel between them and a mug or attack (Even if you suicide) will get the flag. idk we need to get this worked out! |

| A good idea, but how is the flag passed around.. nobody is going to attack or mug an account that has a flag because it will have a negative impact on their account. I see no problem with limiting a flagged account to london. |

It's just to give players something else to focus on for an hour other than a MoTH |
