	There's a chance he's Not Non-paying. Small Chance, but a chance none-the-less. I can't hit from the Bunny list otherwise my Pet Unequips, So he may just be doing that. I see he has a level 33 pet, the account was considerably weak... Then again.. Who knows. Just have to wait til the Bunnies say he is or isn't paying.
