i can see the point of the rate threads. when trying to get 20 rates for advanced jobs, it can be difficult. i tried to just bust people, but no one really give a rate for a bust anymore. i feel like an ass, but i actually messaged some of my friends on here and told them i rated them up, and expect the same. if you don't like the person and you don't want to rate him/her, then just ignore the thread. there are a lot of dumb threads in this game.

The point of a rate up job is to earn that many rate ups. You have a full day to do it. Don't get it off 20 prison busts? so what! You probably need to do more like 50-70 to get 20 rates. But it's both ways, so you can be a dick too and still accomplish the task. There's no excuse to make a thread begging for ratings other than the fact you are a lazy douche, like molez.

	yeah i hear ya fox... i when someone messages me thanking me for something, or if someone suicides on me, or whatever, then i always give them a rating. there's just too many people on here that do not rate.
