What you don't understand Mr. IJumpGangs and have no loyalty is that the way things usually work around here is that if you find a bug or game error you open up a support ticket and that the game staff will award points/money at their own disgression.

You DONT get to demand it, If you want to get what you lost back why don't you get a refund via paypal and see what happens.

I never said the wouldn't want to fix their fuck up. However as stated probably a thousand if not more times before you post bugs/errors in the Support Tickets area so that a reaction/problem such as this doesn't occur.
It is then down to the admins to re-imburse or share out a reward at their own disgression.
