	Bunnies should NOT be free during wars! Why should gang bunnies be involved in a war they cannot possibly fight? As for fair game to get a new house/crime/car/anything else that improves the game for anyone well then I think that is a good trade off. its not like you lose money coz no-one can hit you anyway when over half the game is warded
