	I agree the tag should be removed as he isnt a scammer. He is however a thief but until they have a trustworthyness tag (as suggested in another post) the tag can't rightly stay. I also agree everything should get paid back. I don't see why 253 are bailing him out though, its good of you, but I don't see why you are doing it.
