	I think its cross-server rather than just this one, and it probably has a LOT to do with the admin's responsibility to the users of the site - ie. minors. If this game was only available to over 18s, or over 21s in some parts of the World, then we'd lose a lot of players. Admin do have to make sure the game's suitable for the age-groups that play
