| I actually like Dr. Manhatten. Cool guy. The only problem is the non-payers in his gang. Its not even that, just the fact you cant tell the non-payers from the payers. LOL. You should put a list of the non-payers in your gang. |

| LOL. I don't necessarily "use" them. I honestly care more about loyalty to the gang and cool ppl than whether or not they follow the unwritten rules set in place by other players. Yes. It is true that a side benefit is free gang exp. However. It;s where they get that free exp, that makes alot of bunnys happy. If your a bunny and you get hit by one of my members. Look to your leaders. I asked most of the main gangs if they would like to have an alliance. They declined out of fear of being warded by association for the most part. Thing is.... Alliance with us means any of my non payers will avoid your bunnys,lol. Can't make it all bunnys. Why would they participate at all if ALL bunnys were off limits. You can ask [P]. Our main alliance. Very rarely to they have problems with non payers associated with us and when they do. It is dealt with. Just ask sage,lol. I enforce my 1 rule without regard to who it is breaking it. So, I can honestly say. I tried to get most of you on a no hit list of sorts but was turned down by your own leaders,lol. ...................and that's all I have to say about that...
