brad/molez pick WL's when needed if there gm's agree that they need more help the admins will sort somthing out but people who get WL spots are people who help out alot and does not mind losing out on game time. people that have a reputation are not always the people to get pick but they are usualy the people who have not broken rules and had bad backrounds, and most know alot about the game and rulesin general. and btw if u would like to apply for a WL spot do it on the thread (applications)
