	If there were no bunnies though then everyone starts getting hit. And the lower levels don't get to gain anything...the higher levels don't either really. The game comes to a stand still eventually.

	Yeah theres crimes but you fail half the time or get jailed...and then to refill nerve costs more than just refilling energy usually. So the game may not be still but it moves slower than even leveling with bunnies does.
