I agree, the Republican party lost their way a long time ago. I disagree with you about your point on Universities. I would say that most people start off Liberal and grow up to be Conservative. Once you leave school and get a job and have to deal with reality it's much different than sitting in a classroom listening to someone who never really left the sheltered enviroment of school. When you have a mortgage and car payments and kids to put through school, will you say "Yes, take more of my money it's for the greater good" or will you say "Get the fuck out of my wallet I need that"? The only ones that can truly be Liberal are those that have so much money it doesn't matter or those who have none. Or your proffesors who have tenure, can't be fired, have great benefits and retirement packages and are free to spout whatever crap they think will get them published in the Huffington Post.

I won;t be talking about politics in a web browser game, in which most of you all here, doesn't have their own opinion- just speaks what his parents does... well, as to myself: i am wondering how much did they pay that O'bama is a Noblist... Certainly not for his actions that did have just started and aren't even in the middle of their proces. A Nobel for hope? it's bullshit. Every Pope should recieve a nobel prize then. cheers.

He's had a shady start...but Bush was shit right from the get go and we voted him in twice.

Really? Bush didn't give a middle amd lower class tax cut? The ones Obama is about to let expire? Really? You know what Darwin, I've asked you a bunch of questions since we started talking and all you do is bring up something else. You can't answer them except your standard lefty "higher educated people tend to be more liberal" put down of those who don't think like they do. I went to college btw, and I wish I had the time and money back.

That's a load of trash. Poor people pay taxes, and whether they get them back or not is of little relevance. If you need money right now to pay for food or medical care, waiting until you get your tax returns can be a serious problem. The wealthy have tons of extra money, they can give up some more. Like I said, before Reagan the wealthiest were paying 70% income taxes, and our country was doing fine. Today they are paying less than 30%, and look at our economy.
