As a Co-Leader of DG, I will not bent over, and let you guys run off with the surrender fee, which was paid by 253 and TSS gangs. The surrender fee ( as well as the deserter fee ) was settled in the begining of the war. If TCF wish to end the war up. There is a simple thing one of TCF leaders must do: click send points to Totty, Emma or me. ( 1500 points.- one thousend and five hundred points ) Point period.
