You guys need to learn that non payers are actually a part of this game. If there were no non-payers why would anyone need protection? Who would fill up that hitlist & make u money? They may not go by the same unwritten rules as the rest of us, but they are still people and should be treated accordingly. Cursing them out will make little to no progress or getting upset with them only gives them there jollys so in fact you are giving them a pat on the back & saying good job at being a nonpayer.
