	I'm pretty sure it clearly states people can be on the same IP aslong as they dont do any transfers to eachother. There are many people who play this game who are on the same IP, and it really wouldnt surprise me if it was the same person with some of them also. I dislike the fact people with the same IP can be in the same gang though, i think thats wrong. Transfers can easily be missed.

	actually they do keep an eye on vault transfers.. but 3rd party transfers they normally dont catch.. example player 1 and playe 2 are multis, and player 3 is a rl friends OR a 3rd multi from a cellphone or something.. player 1 sends Xpts and Xmoney 2 player 3, and player 3 send said money and pts 2 player 2.. so really around every rule, there is a loophole..
