But FM's don't manage the actual public. you manage what happens in the forums, And then when people get mad about it, The Gms are what would have to step in to take care of that.

Yes, I can see how that would seem to be more difficult, but That would basically be it. The Gm's have much more they tend to. I personally see Gm's as having the most difficult job.
