John's always been a scammer and an account hopper. Isn't this his 3rd time breaking the 28day trade rule?

I believe each time someone made a thread about it (Darkwing Duck making the two previous ones if I recall correctly) He gets banned for a while, gets a new account and BAM! He's back.

So, you all remember "John Wayne"? An asshole with no manners, but one that I was good friends with. He had just bought a new account () and it was homeless so after he asked I was happy to lend him 230mill to help pay for a White House. He also borrowed 45 million from Foxy/ Mazza.

I was happy in the knowledge that as my friend he would never scam me and he wouldn't have the balls to scam a powerful and well respected player such as Foxy.

I guess i'm not very good at choosing my friends. John paid Foxy her money back then decided to move accounts again swapping with a bunny (before he had been in this account 28 days) before again selling off this bunny account () and leaving MC2. He recently returned as Ned Flanders. ()

In this time he has igored practically all my mails, so I decided to pester him on MC3. Although this also proved troublesome...

On MC3, John owned this account (http://game3.mafiacrime.org/profile?id=97) for approximately 20 days, selling it before the account was 28 days old. He then started over in this account (http://game3.mafiacrime.org/profile?id=1173) for 10 or so days before leaving it and buying this account (http://game3.mafiacrime.org/profile?id=175). While he was in this account he sent numerous mails to people asking to trade account and then finally today he moved accounts again to this one (http://game3.mafiacrime.org/profile?id=584).

He ignored every mail I sent to each of those accounts. Was this all some plan to try and avoid me? I don't know, but I really don't see any logic behind all the account changes.

So i'm still left without any of my debt paid back, but I very much doubt I will ever see that money. However, what I demand to see is this user permanently banned. There are plenty of rules broken here that warrant bans and long before this Darkwing Duck has called out this user who was once referred to as Luke Skywalker, for account switching like this but nothing was ever done. It was completely ignored. I understand brad not caring, because he's a selfish money grabbing bastard these days who doesn't seem to care much for the game but I would like to see a GM take some sort of action.. People have been banned for much less than this.

So could somebody at least try to give a fuck that somebody can break the rules as easily as this.
