| well the advantege is .. they buy more pts and sell them on the marked - they cannot hide in high citys and need 2 pay attention - the higher have more nerve and can mug them so , it a +- 0 situation in one sight .... however high level and active players get an advantege from theyr higher enegy and nerve ....and maybe from level related missions.... |

| Maybe, but that would be a bitch for hitmen. They would always need to be watching the market for buying points in general. If a hitman wants 50k points, they'd need to watch the markets for days before being able to buy that amount. Your suggestion is assuming that these level 1 accounts would have the money to buy the points from the dealer as well as know what they are doing (which is incredibly rare unless if it's an older player that started over) |

 ok - not level 1.......( it takes less a day 2 gain lvl 100 if u have practice)if they have the money or not .. more money would be circulating - either the higher send them the money or they make profit by selling pts ..( maybe its not a limit on the ammount higher can buy - but a higher prize depending on the level - or both  ... ). well every coin has 2 sides.. u need 2 try 2 see what happens... |

| If they are level 100 then they obviously can't buy as many as a level 1 (assuming they had the cash) Which is what your idea was about. Having it so higher levels can't buy tons then resell for higher when in reality only players actually do it. (DB and mazz) I have yet to see Aizen or angel do it. But here is my question to you, why would you have it be a higher price the higher level you are? That would make levels a bad thing, which would make def/level accounts a bad thing which would make crimes in general a bad thing except for stating, but you can't stat unless you have points, and level 1000 players aren't going to want to pay more to get points that nearly most lower levels can buy for cheaper. If anything the point price should go DOWN to encourage leveling to encourage those points that are being bought to be taken out of the server. Let's just say points were 19k for level 400 and below, 18k for 401-700, 17k for 701-1000, and 16k for level 1001+, don't you think that would be better? Higher level players could still re-sell points for a little bit of profit, points would still be available for EVERYONE to buy at any time, AND it encourages players to level not only to better their accounts/trains but to better the price they can buy points for. |

You need a reason for people to liquidate points they don't have and haven't stored up because most people save DD money then cash in to the points dealer all at once. Very few players have stores of points, and no one has motivation to sell them. Unless god forbit the 4bill house comes out, but there is only points on the server for like 4 of those to even happen. |

ok, the higher prize and the dayly pts limit is the reason why low levels could make profit by selling pts on the marked. they can be extorted 2 buy pts - or they can scam higher by accepting cash and not buy pts - (yes - brad once said scamming is part of the game ....) all in all some new perspectives resulting in this... (fab suggested on mc1 2 make the marked only avalible in a low level city - thats a very good base for this concept which maybe would reinforce the mugging- no camping in high lvl city and sell pts...) levels a bad thing ? i think not. top lvl players have more energy - more nerve - more citys..more hp.ect... Shure them do not want to pay more - but as the pts went to 17 mil they still bought them. if enough people sell pts ,the prize on the marked will be dynamicly arround the ammount what a mid level player has 2 pay ( maybe 15K /pt as it was before) ok as i said in the first post - its just a raw thought....and it could only work if more changes applied 2 the game - like level based mission or dayli jobs maybe the bet minimum at 50/50 .... just raw thoughts.... maybe even the gang crime u can start could be related on how many gang menbers are ACTIVE...... let me again point out :these are RAW thoughts 2 make the game more intresting for new players and get the existing players more active..... |

And as I stated before, IF this was implemented all high level players would be pissed that they would need to wait days/weeks before either low levels added them to the market for them to buy, or they were able to buy the amount they wanted because of the fucking daily cap. Meaning this is going to fucking suck ass for the players that are constantly and actively playing the game just to benefit the players that either are brand new to the game and have no fucking clue how to play, or are benefiting the players that log in once a day only for dailies. Why should lower level players that either don't care or don't really play the game have the advantage over players that actually play it? You are assuming that there is always a new player joining that will not only realize but take advantage of this which I very highly doubt they will. Which basically means that you are shitting on the active players by not only limiting and aspect of the game, but also giving a benefit of that same limited aspect of the game to players that MIGHT start an account and MIGHT start ACTIVELY playing. In conclusion your suggestion doesn't help and actually hurts any and all ACTIVE players of the game! |

You aren't even suggesting it for the game, just for YOUR needs. YOU are one of the low level, inactive players that your idea would benefit. In short, someone that would make shit loads of profit (either from the sale of points or because the points would be cheaper/more plentiful for YOU to buy) just to trade to another server, another game, to another place when it would only cause problems for active players of the game. |

| i have not really a benefit ... and if so - i havent had that in mind- look my mc1 acc.... i just sold here bc it took 2 much time 2 rule both servers .. ok try 2 see the complete change - the higher player also get pts from missions like on mc3... as i said - it could only work if more changes come at same time ... |

| When your activity status says "[Inactive]" then timezones don't really matter... Tbh, I'm not really a fan of missions, (here on mc2) if they were brought here I would do them for what? 50,000 put onto a stat? That's a 4th of a normal train and I'd spend like 60x that to do all of the kills etc. The kills don't even work out very well. 500/4 = 125 125x 10 = 1,250 Meaning 1,250 points to get 500 kills just to get back 350 points and get 50k on a stat, not really worth it. Missions only work on mc3 because it's a new server where stats are a hell of a lot harder to get. On here 50k wouldn't be worth it and if you did an amount that would be, (say the 9mil I would get if I had stated those points instead) it would be ridiculous because if a level 300 person killed 500 people 9mil would probably triple their total stats. You would really need to base missions by levels, housing and average train. Otherwise lower levels would be able to get a lot of stats for the amount of points they would spend on doing the missions. |
