	i don't see it as them having to pay for something, i just see fewer targets... by moving to sydney u lower ur chances of bein hit by as many non payers... there will be way fewer nonpayers, and more hitmen to take the few that can get into sydney out... ide rather have 2-5 non paid hits rather than 35 non paid hits... out of 45 event logs..
