	Hey, Bush... The fall of LA had nothing to do with any war, was internal problems that brought it down. Unfortunately... Anyway, if a surrender fee was agreed on before the surrender, it should be paid. If it was something tot came up with after the surrender post, it's just BS. Just my 2 cents... GL.
