Staff members should be: -Support desk used to contact staff not mail -no online or offline status shown for staff -anonymous players -been around a long time -level one secondary accounts -staff change over time -gangless or in a staff only gang Having a person who actually uses there account in a game like this can have negative effects~ For example Totty is an entertainer ona hitman, I am sure she has warded numerous players and this can lead to negative comments about a staff member~ Cassy was a bunny FM / GM on MC1, say a player uses some very nasty personal attacks in a mail or forum and sends something to get themself mail banned or forum banned her doing her job properly could have negatively effected her bunny business If the staff were on level one accounts and there identities unknown things would operate more smoothly for both the staff and the players a bunny staff wont become free for mail banning a violator & a hitman staff wont get called corrupt for warding or mugging a player. The reason for Online & offline not showing for staff so a player can not pick a time when all staff are offline to cause problems like porn or advertising. Staff should change over time so more players get a chance and if a bad egg like JeremyC gets in they will eventually be out automaticly

	frankie thats the first correct think you have said in ages and i agree on most of it apart from being a hitman/bunny has no affect on players. staff have to take thous risks when it comes that way.

With all that dumbshit you have there he will have to pay someone real money to do all that. So in short your saying the person that is staff should be here and not have one ounce of fun. they need to sit here and look at a computer screen for hours and not do shit? I say let them be mobsters let them have fun, but loosen some of the rules here. 90% of the time the person that gets in trouble with staff deserves it. They tell their side of the story to their firends and get on this staff hating kick, GMs and Admins wont tell you what happened, well i say fuck that make it public record so people can see what asshole mistake the person made. Somethings need to be enforced, yet others dont. If you have staff hiding out correcting problems everyone will just have the same complaint directed towards the game itelf. which would be a lose, lose situation.

I said staff should be operating a different account for staff work and for game play. Mixing a "playable account" with a "staff account" is a blunder. I never said staff should not be allowed to also be mobsters. I said they should have a seperate account for it. For example if say Mr Molez were to want to build a bunny account, it would make more sense to me if he did so not on ID 2, but on an entirely new account that is not a member of staff. As for things being enforced I agree that some things should be more enforced and some things less enforced it is like a balance between fascism and anarchy.

	silly ideas. Staff are there to help people primarily. Not ban people with no accountability (as nobody will know who they are if invisible) Players are too involved with who is staff. There are good staff members out there and ofcourse some will be bad. (some may like them, others may not)

	I don't mind being staff and i could careless if people hated me, comes with the territory and that just shows i'm doing a good job as long as they hate me for the right reasons I don't want/need compensation, only thing i'd want is admin support when required to show that i'm not just their bitch doing all the work
