So when people do vote, they most likely won't end up voting on who is the best buster, but who they like.

But hey, what do i know..

	Banksy, I don't quite agree with the HOF prison busts really. People switch accounts all the time and don't really bust. I for example, when I traded with Assassin, suddenly became HOF for busts when I normally bust maybe 50 people per week from jail. It's about who you see busting you the most, the name that's in your event log, not the roster.

	Gangs vote for gangmates, which sometimes is acceptable because that gang may have an exceptional hitman or bunny. The problem arises when they don't and you end up with idiotically biased votes for level 124 bunnies and hitmen with more deaths than kills. Ban gang votes and PROFIT.
