	This scammer tag is not deserved. From what i have seen and read its a mistake which Death is trying to make right. It is very harsh to tag someone a scammer like that. I hope you reconsider.

What everyone is failing to realize is one of two possible things. 1.) Midget Hunters absense was not relayed to the individuals in which had control of the gang 2.) The Leaders at TCF didnt have enough knowledge of what was hapopening to their own training gang. I see it this way a gang is being run by several individuals, one person more so than any other is in charge the others tend to have the responsibilities to maintain the upkeep of the gang. Each of the co-leaders may have seperate duties or full rain of the entire gang. In this case Death had vault access. He felt the gang was falling apart and rather than take the stuff for himself and leave he sent it back to its originators. Now I know when I make a donation to the vault im donating these items with the expectation that the gang is not going to up and leave me behind the very next day. So in that respect he was 100% correct in his actions. The problem at hand is that he was given a scammer tag and for what reason who did he scam? Not TCF because its obvious to me he was given the right and responsibilty of maintaining a training gang and he made the decission to close the doors and return the items to the other members. Alot of fingers could be pointed to whom may be at fault for the collapse of the gang but a scammer tag seriously? Nobody was scammed of anything. He didnt do this with the intent of bettering himself or hurting another individuals gameplay. Just my thoughts on the matter.

	take the tag off of him as i can see you are only a scammer if you steal and keep other peoples stuff, in this case he is trying to get them all back. so its on the borderline but give him credit for trying to return it back and apologizing to them. my vote is to remove the tag!

Death had no right to decide what to do with the items in the vault. Death kicked some members and emptied the vault. Screen shots were taken of this by other members before they too were kicked. Death has supposedly been giving stuff back to individuals, but how does he know who donated what and who deserves what? Death benefited from taking money, points, armour and weapons from the vault. Most of all, Death had no right to do what he did. Others knew that midget was on holiday and it seems weird that Death did not. The items donated belonged to the gang, not to Death, and he had NO right to take them back. If you donate for a point pack and take back the donation, you will be banned from the gang. Death not only took back his stuff but a lot of other peoples too. He can not then over the course of many days, say he is giving it back when he has no idea, who to give what. It should ALL be returned to the gang!

Scammers dont return items. They thrive on theft and making people hate them. I agree with you Cardiac that he should return it to the vault. Also scammers do not come to the forums trying to make ammends they just dont give a shit. So i ask you to remove the tag and we will try to resolve this through talk. Maybe get revco, midget and death in a chat room together. Tagged a scammer for this is not justified IMO. As for Death he has been a great member since he came to 253 thats why im standing up for him, We have had our fair share if scammers, griefers and arseholes ect in gang before and he seems so very different. Im sure Death will agree to talk to the middleman.

I do not care how it is resolved as long as it is resolved. When the owner of the gang - Midget, is happy the scammer tag can be removed. As for saying scammers do not care and do not return stuff, you are mistaken, quite often they do, in order to get the scammer tag removed. As far as I can see Death was a good member of his last gang, but it did not stop him from, removing everything from the vault, and I could not say hand on my heart that he would not also do it to you!

In a gang, the leader has the say on what happens to the vault. (Unless it has multis donating in to it then GMs and admins get to decide) Death was NOT the leader of the gang. He had good intentions with spreading the wealth around but it was not his decision to make. When you donate to a gang you are really donating to the leader. The vault belongs to the leader of the gang. Once you click donate, you give up ownership rights of those goods. They no longer are your property. They belong to the gang. The gang belongs to the leader. Death was not the leader.

	Yet, who had/has everything in the vault? The point The money The weapons & armour The things like bombs, awake pills etc? Answer: Death and he had no right to do so! Leaders have to trust others to take some control over the vault. Otherwise nothing gets done unless the owner is on. Death, even if as he says misguided, abused that trust and HAS made himself richer in the process!

he could havetaken my advice and waited until midget got back thats the whole point and he obviously tried getting away with it until someone noticed something was wrong and mentioned it to him otherwise he wouldn't have tried covering it up. these r his words from an earlier post "Everything else was sent through gang vault which I spammed to reset and leave for midget." y would u do that if u werent covering it up

	Convict, he took everything, when there was no need to, as it was safe in the vault. There was NEVER any reason to empty it. Hell, when midget got back he could have asked to be made leader. Can you seriously give me a good reason to empty the vault? The gang was active and there had been NO talk of deleting the gang!

	Maybe he wanted to be rid of the gang, because noone was in it? Was he the only person in it, that would do my tits in too? 	That is a very good point punisher. Why spam the gang vault logs if you are not trying to hide some thing? A lot of scammers do that but they do not realize GMs and admins can see far deeper into a vault history than the spam.

No i cant. But again i say he isnt a scammer. He has handed back a good portion of the stuff he took as you know. He made a mistake yes... But a scammer definatly not. Unfortunatly we all make mistakes sometimes and i think he did when he chose to empty the vault. Lets wait untill he logs back on and try to sort this mess out, But you really really need to be carefull who you tag as scammers. I agree with alot of what you said and also alot of what other people have said. Untill Midget Hunter and Death log on we really cant dismantle this mess can we ?

no one had left CFT when i informed him tot i told him he asked what he should do i told him to wait til midget got back and see if they want to start their own gang and just let the members there kno that it wont be a training gang any longer so they can leave or stay or whatever they wanted but he didnt take my advice instead he kicks some members out of the gang clears the vault spams the logs and leaves himself leaving only midget left in the gang

	Oh for the record i am far more of a friend to Midget Hunter than death as i have known him much longer... He seems like a sweet guy.
