	It's not even worth it to protest. I've played tons of games and never seen one where staff were chosen in any reasonable manner. It's always based on friendship/popularity/sex appeal etc. People will protest when staff are biased against them, and stand up for them when they're biased in their favor. So nothing will ever change.
