	well i hit non payers too.. although limited to mah bunny's non payers.. but i would hit more if ermm.. i knew who to hit.. it would be nice to have a Universal Non Payers list that was maintained by someone of merit..

	Just wanted to give a for kestral .. it seems she rules with an iron fist.. She not only weeded out the nonpayers from her gang, but a few even payed after speaking with her and getting things sorted out =) Hopefully one of these days the NP'ers learn...
