	bored of waiting? he left a day or 2 after after i told him that and he knew midget was on vacation for the record midget had a message from me for 4 days before i contacted death and he told me midget was on vacation and wouldnt be back for a weekish

Well i can promise you all one thing. This will be resolved one way or the other. Look at it from a gang leaders point of view, We have a member who contributes to the gang xp, Has fun in gang mail and seems to be a good honest member. However he has a scammer Tag which is against any good gangs rules. I really should kick him but i find myself standing up for him because i think this is an injustice. I say we wait untill Midget hunter and death are both online and try and sort this mess out with Rev or a GM online at the time...... were just going in circles here.

	I'd actually love that scammer tag... I tried sending KevG2 a booby link on MC1.. but I think I got banned for it... then on my multies I tried a few other ways.. but none worked. So I gave up on my quest for a scammer tag....

Seems like a mistake to me! If he was co-leader and the leader was gone for longer than the time he said he would be then the co-leader takes charge, if a member was away for 2 weeks but said he would be away for 5days then u would kick him wouldnt u? Same thing goes for a leader being inactive for long, no gang can function without a leader so the co-leader takes charge, much like steve in TMS. death was trusted and given to powers of a co-leader and due to the inactivness of the leader has to be the one making the decisions (wrong one in this case). Two people acted too quickly in this, Death by clearing the vault and kicking members and the GMs and Admins for giving him the scammer tag (just like with TL)

	I tried two days ago. Cardiac says I can get my tag removed if I come to an agreement with him and he says he doesnt want my tag removed so he won't agree with me. How do I cope with that?

I did just that and he comes back really pissed off because he did not know what was going on. He asks for his part of the vault, (10M). I sent him 10M and he left me alone for a while. He just now started attacking me again and my gang told him to stop and he has not. Now since he is being perma-warded he puts me up on the hitlist for 20 hits.
