b/c the zone was designated no mug... simple as that No mug zones are one of the things pisses me off most and I just fuck with a person on and off who mugs me in one however I can as long as I can just b/c barlow never said sorry or sent the 1M or whatever peanuts he got back so I just beat his ass on general principle and bully him and general and totally try to make his world hell all over a little mug. I know how to hold a grudge. It is all a respect thing you mug in a no mug zone it goes to ZERO and stays there forever until you rectify it.
