| to be honest as far as i'm concerned que sera sera.... i can't change it and i'm not going to live my life worrying about something i can't change.... so to answer the original question...there are 365 days or 52 weeks or 12 months (take your pick) in 2012, plenty of time for a lot of things to happen  |

| ok i couldnt be bothered to re read this thread again but here is what annoys me about these people who says the worlds going to end its not the mayans predicted change in 2012 not that it was going to end i have read up on it and also if something does change it could either change for good or worse 1.world peace? 2.word war 3 ? we dont know we will have to wait |

| we are all still pretty much noobs, humans that is. and look at how we are running things, I love my country but it's running it's self into the ground with it's greed the corporation made this place there play ground, and we are based on making a buying things. In the process we stopped giving a shit about people and our environment. We send jobs oversees now the people who used to buy the products here can't, and the ones who made them over there were never meant to earn enough to be able too... so it's a catch 22, starving bellies and surplus of goods ftl... How much longer can this house of cards last? |

Tell everyone they have a year to spend all their money they've been saving, what happens? Boom, more money into the recovering economy and more money in the CEO's Bonus Check. But yeah, this is just Y2K all over again, including the shitty movie based off the event. Raise of hands, who say the Y2K movie in theaters?  |
