	The vault money belongs to the leader of the gang, it's called a donation for a reason. If you donated your car to charity and you saw the car being driven later on, would you go up and be like "hey, I donated this car, mind if I drive real quick?"?

You've got to understand that if DB wanted Cobra back into the gang he would of come back online and let him in and given him the gang. I made the gang... If you want the fact that it's the leaders shit, il make it that its the actual person that made the gangs shit. And i see it as all of DG money/points...We had a comp going for an RM so most of the points were from that and the fact that we had two surrender fee points within the vault, not to mention all the points that we got from deserter fee's. As ive said before it's like he is saying he lived in a house with a friend that had bought the house ~ He gets kicked out...He then breaks in and kicks the other person out and claims all the contents within the house is his. We're over all this nonsense, im just sick of the interferes that make out it's not our shit when it was our shit. Id again like to thank the people that helped us rebuild our vault back, very generous people on this game =]

You're still missing the point. It doesn't matter when money goes in or comes out. It doesn't matter who put money in. Money is Donated not Deposited. The money is Drunk_Bears whether he cares about this game or not. If cobra puts the money back in, he should get the tag off. not saying he doesn't deserve to be banned for being a fuckhead. He just lucked out and didn't break the wrong rules this time.
