Hah, look at the irony in that.

Thanks, I rarely use that word and didn't know it's an iregular with two s's. :up

To be fair I despise the word irregular. But really, thank you for expanding my stoned vocabulary.

But if you were sharp you would have noticed I used the it is contraction where I should have spelled out it was.

I was sharp enough to realize that "it is" is the correct tense for that sentence.

"Thanks, I rarely use that word and didn't know it is an iregular with two s's."

It was would be since I was talking about a past occurence of the word, is would pertain to the present where I know about correct spelling.

"It is" is the correct tense, because the other verbs you used in the sentence were in the present tense.

"Thanks, I rarely use that word and didn't know it's an iregular with two s's."

Use and know are both in the present tense, therefore you use "it is." All verb tenses must agree for a sentence to be grammatically correct.

Or are you admitting to carefully scanning each of my posts for syntax and gramatical errors? Which you ultimately failed at, which is even more pathetic.

Use is still present because that fact is still current. In context to the conversation, I was correct in use not used but incorrect in is not was.

Also, know wouldn't change even if I said used.

You're saying this is right:
"Thanks, I rarely used that word and didn't knew it was an irregular with two s's."

You're retarded. Case and point.

Rule #1 of the interwebz:

When you attempt to insult someone else's intelligence, you will inescapably end up insulting your own.

I meant it as an expression not assigning argument to loser as in the agument of the losers as a genral populace, but thank you for failing.

And no I'm not pulling a batfag, you've actually just been wrong in.. I'm thinking the ratio is 4/5 corrections you've made? :|

I'm done here, I actually feel bad for you.

That's why I hate typing on a 90% keyboard, letters get left out.

It doesn't make sense because your reading comprehension skills are terrible. I'm defining losers as a people. NOT talking about a singular loser. If you need anymore than that, sucks.

If you were talking about losers in the plural form, then it should have been losers' argument.

But you obviously weren't, as evidenced by the fact that you said "a loser."

I write essays. It's what I do. Please don't even try.

I think I understand what you were trying to say, but you're still wrong. For example:

Dogs are a man's best friend.

^
See how this sentence is talking about every man? It still uses an apostrophe, even though it's refering to an entire group.

Ugh, the term "losers argument" was the expression, like saying something is a "red herring".

You're trying to find the spelling error in a colloquial expression. This isn't an essay, mr. professional.

But seriously? I write essays. It's what I do. I write essays too bud, It's called college.

Essay writer or not, you sir are not a cunning linguist.
