why would somebody put a level 1 on the hit list ,he hasnt even hit a bunny or did a crime. so am asking you guys and girls to help him out and send him the hit money to let him know the game isnt full of a bunch of ass holes.  |

| Nope Nope and one more time nope... There should be a "quarantine " for newcomers... 4 or 5 days with: - no allowance to apply to any gang - no possibility to hit him - no possibilty to mug him - no possibility for him to post in forums. after the quarrantine pass- he is treaten as a regular mobster... yep that's a suggetion- better post it here, as the suggestions forum is not taken seriously. there would be no problem, and no threads like this would be made... Andf there was already quite a few |

| The gang part should be allowed, as someone can show them the ropes, other than that i think its a good idea |
