| i find it disrespectful and within bad taste when someone msgs my members with offers and promises....but also if my members leave so be it ,they were not all that loyal as they say they are |

| well again. as i said there are members tht stands on the border line waiting for a offer. loyal members wont take up an offer of another gang. but as det also said there are shit gangs/ with crap weapons,armour,protection and can rarely offer anything of any value to a player. seriously in my opinion i don't see the big deal with "pouching" ( even got a name for it ) we are just looking out for mobsters and offer them something of value that they cannot get in the gang their currently in. to me thats just looking out for the mobsters and having their interests at heart too. |

| members wants satisfaction. u cannot blame a guy for leaving if u are a bad leader. u have to blame yourself. recruiting members out of a gang that's wealthy, or a gang thats just about to take off. is kinda' wrong'ish but what about these good for nothing gang? if i recruit one of detremental's members and that person starts paying bunnies. wouldn't that be saving his life? |
