	The facts are all posted right in this thread. There is no prof who is right and who is wrong therefore no one has won or lost. So therefore the scammer tag is bullshit just a jackass trying to show he can get away with power he was given to help the sever. but he is using it to cut off the legs of the people he doesnt like. I think the point he is making is that from what we as a community can see is there is no way to prove who anyone is. I'm sure my friends would not disclose anything I did not want shared so I see his point. And I personally think the scammer tag being given over a bet between players made without some sort of insurance (having a GM or admin verify or other actual proof) is a bit overboard.

Regardless, everyone is entitled to sharing his or her opinion or thoughts on matters brought to the public within the TOS regarding posts. (as I just did)

And it's these public posts of opinions that get the drama started and makes for some great entertainment watching people make a fool of themselves.

every player here can read this and make there own opinion and vyper is totally right with what he is saying. But the truth of it is how does a bet cause anyone to get a scammer tag once that was placed it was taken too far. A scammer is someone that cost you something not someone that owes you something. I do not care if the bet was won or lost but the prof needs to be provided and then payment should be paid. That is not my issue the scammer tag is. That should have never been placed and needs to be removed.

Proof or no proof, whether to mc publicly or to staff is not really the issue. It was a bet between players and regardless of the outcome of said bet a scammer tag was not called for. That's the point of my thoughts on this. No one was 'scammed' by the general definition of the word. Yes I know staff can make judgement calls, been there done that. Heck I have seen first hand both as a staff member and as a player that many people get scammed and no scammer tag issued because "they should have known better" or "not using a GM or admin as a middle man".

Honestly, I could give 2 shits about how you play the game or whether or not your staff actions/decisions are sound or justified. I am only stating that I think the particular action taken in this matter was just plain dumb! I am entitled to my opinion, right or wrong and although I do not speak it often I felt the need to today. (maybe I got a little too much sun today)
