	yesh but not everyone uses forums a small group do. and ermm.. lurkers never vote so it need to be in news so no one can be called out on it and everyone gets a chance to see it

	I mailed it to every gang in the top ten and every other gang with more than ten members and any other gang that has active, respected members. Everyone has a chance to vote. I think the outcome of it is obvious though,lol
