	Apparently opinions vary on that though,lol. Lets see what the majority have to say. The poll has been sent to gangs aswell. So ppl who don't come to forums can have a chance to vote. There will always be muggings in paris despite what is voted but at least now they can't argue it when they are warded or mugged depending on the results,lol

	No city is mug free unless all players ho can get to it agree. That is how it is on MC1. Ownage has been agreed to by all 7 players who can get there (not counting alfa who quit) to be mug free I dunno if it is now with gogeta there we will have too ask him.
